New Code Enforcement Initiatives

Ken Townsley, Director of the Division of Code Enforcement of the City of Syracuse is coming to our club with two other members of the pilot program.  The representatives will be going over the results from the code enforcement pilot that has been taking place on the Northside of the City (and the direction the codes department will be moving towards city-wide, asking us what the most helpful housing resources and information for landlords to have access to is, and briefly going over the new municipal violations bureau.

We also have the pleasure of meeting Steve Redfern of State Farm Insurance.  He is coming with news about State Farm's mortgage programs.

We have been meeting for years in restaurants and we moved to this new location to accommodate our increased size.  To meet the need of providing food we are ordering pizza and drinks so there will be something to enjoy.  Please contribute $6 per person if you plan to eat.  We have been subsidizing this but cannot continue unless everyone who is enjoying the food contributes.  Otherwise we will have to stop doing it your dues do not cover this cost.
