David will provide an important update for landlords and real estate investors on lead compliance requirements affecting rental properties in Syracuse and across New York State.

CNY Lead Testing LLC is now EPA-accredited to offer the Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Certification Course.

Landlords and contractors can become EPA RRP Certified and register their own EPA Certified Firm in just one day, allowing them to legally perform renovation work in homes built before 1978.

Topics will include:
? Syracuse Rental Registry Requirements
? Discussion on the New York State Rental Registry
? How Landlords Can Become Their Own EPA RRP Certified Firm
? Overview of EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Requirements

This presentation will help property owners understand how to stay compliant with federal, state, and local lead safety regulations while maintaining and renovating their properties.
