In Person and online Zoom meeting:

How to handle Landlord tenant problems in the time of COVID - 19
This month Christopher Smith Esq is our main speaker.
We are going to be addressing the national problem of the tenant rent moratoriums.
Paying rent has been on hold for some tenants because of the extraordinary events of our times.  Most tenants are paying, BUT... some can't and some won't.
We are going to go over what you can do now that the rent moratorium is up this month.
Please register for the event.  You can attend in person, or online.
Pre register and the zoom link will be sent to you automatically.
See you at the meeting.
If you have any questions at all please call

Carlotta Brown, President at 315-458-4636
We are a large group with 30 to 40 people attending each month.
