Hi OCREIC members and friends.
This devastating illness is affecting every part of our lives. As real estate investors we have to assess our own individual business situations and find the tools to come through this emergency in the best positions possible.
We are having our 1st ever but not the last zoom meeting.
Our guest speaker is Gary J Valerino Esq.
He is a friend of the club and was one of the attorneys who spoke at our seminar last September about the new tenant laws.
Now there is a moratorium on tenant evictions, the courts are closed, any case you had previously that has been suspended will have to be started over. Some tenants are paying, some are not able. Lets talk about this and see what steps we need to take.
