We are meeting bi-monthly on Zoom to talk about our options as landlords.

Gary Valerino of MCV Law is going to talk about the current environment for landlords.  The moratorium has now been extended in the new stimulus package til January 31st.  Holdovers are being accepted but only a few evictions have taken place.

We are meeting virtually to stay current and learn from each other to help solve some of the urgent issues.

The meetings will be on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 7pm and 1st Monday at 12pm. If you have any questions please call Carlotta Brown at 315-458-4636.
