Ross is a local resident of Central New York. He has 17 years of experience in Banking and Finance. His resume includes his experience as Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Business Banker, Regional Manager, Market Manager, Territory Manager and Commercial Lender.
He also has 17 years as a local Real Estate Investor in Rental Properties in Onondaga County.
He bought his first property on the north side of Syracuse and now owns 20 plus properties with a total of 40 plus units.
His presentation includes how commercial loans are underwritten, what it takes to obtain one, and what the banks look at in the whole picture.
